New Round of Suits Filed in Battery Charging and Power Delivery Campaign

So far in April, Comarco Wireless Systems LLC (CWS) has expanded its sole litigation campaign with suits against HP (2:25-cv-00420), Panasonic (2:25-cv-00425), and Staples (2:25-cv-00421), each in the Eastern District of Texas. The three patents-in-suit are broadly directed to a system for supplying power to a portable electronic device. The defendants are accused of infringement over the provision of various products, ranging from laptops to wall chargers, that are compliant with the Battery Charging (BC) 1.2 specification and/or Universal Serial Bus Power Delivery Specification (Revision 2.0).
