April Wave Filed in Hyperquery Campaign

Hyperquery LLC has filed separate Eastern District of Texas complaints against Arashi Vision (d/b/a Insta360) (2:25-cv-00406, 2:25-cv-00413), Chaos Software (2:25-cv-00407, 2:25-cv-00415), Hikvision (Hikvision USA) (2:25-cv-00408), HTC (2:25-cv-00409), Huya (2:25-cv-00410), QNAP Systems (2:25-cv-00411), Synology (2:25-cv-00416), Ugreen (2:25-cv-00417), and Xero (2:25-cv-00418), as well as separate Western District of Texas complaints against Ansys (7:25-cv-00174), BigCommerce (7:25-cv-00175), Electronic Arts (7:25-cv-00176), Planview (7:25-cv-00177), and Siemens (7:25-cv-00178), all over the provision of the defendants’ respective digital marketplaces (e.g., app stores, software stores, and websites). At issue are features for allowing users to search for and download mobile apps and/or software products.
