TI and VTech Holdings Drawn into CommWorks Campaign

CommWorks Solutions, LLC, an IP Investments Group LLC (d/b/a IPinvestments Group) plaintiff, has followed up its April 2025 case against Broadcom with a pair of additional complaints, filed separately against Texas Instruments (2:25-cv-00439) and VTech Holdings (2:25-cv-00433) in the Eastern District of Texas. Targeted with seven wireless communications patents received from Intellectual Ventures LLC (IV) is the defendants’ respective provision of Systems-on-Chip (SoCs) and/or devices (including Ethernet and Wi-Fi routers, cameras and video monitors, and gaming devices) that support IEEE 802.11-2007+, Wi-Fi Multimedia, Wi-Fi Protected Setup, and (just for TI) Wi-Fi Mesh.
