Authpoint Adds Ten Defendants to Networking Campaign

D-Link (2:25-cv-00540), Grandstream Networks (2:25-cv-00542), Hitron Technologies (2:25-cv-00543), Hon Hai Precision Industry (Foxconn Interconnect Technology) (2:25-cv-00541), Micro-Star International (2:25-cv-00544), Muratec (Silex Technology) (2:25-cv-00546), Senao Networks (2:25-cv-00545), Synology (2:25-cv-00547), Wavlink Technology (2:25-cv-00548), and Zyxel Group (Zyxel Communications) (2:25-cv-00549) are the latest defendants to be added to the litigation campaign that Authpoint LLC launched in August 2024 with a suit against HP Enterprise (Aruba Networks). The sole asserted patent is broadly directed to “forwarding a stream of multicast messages through a network”, with the defendants accused of infringement through the provision of mesh networking devices and/or systems that are compliant with the IEEE 802.11ax standard.
