Hypercore Systems Sues Panasonic as Well
Hypercore Systems LLC has added an Eastern District of Texas case against Panasonic (2:25-cv-00580) to the litigation campaign that it started with separate April 2025 lawsuits filed against LG Electronics (LGE) and Samsung in the same district. Against each defendant Hypercore asserts two patents received from Meizu Technology Co. Ltd., one generally related to initiating an action on a portion of multiple devices and applying such action to the remaining devices and the other, to a “multi-processor power module” that can “regulate power to a plurality of processors”. The Panasonic accused products are certain infotainment systems, laptops, and tablets.
