Focus Global Reopens Both of Its Litigation Campaigns

Focus Global Solutions LLC (FGS) has filed a Western District of Texas complaint against Marvell Technology (2:25-cv-00564), asserting a single patent generally related to a “storage area network (SAN) comprising one or more regions” that is controlled by a manager which responds to information (e.g., components and interconnectivity) collected by “scanners”. Targeted is Marvell’s StorFusion technology. The same plaintiff has also filed an Eastern District of Texas complaint, accusing Zyxel Group (Zyxel Communications) (7:25-cv-00240) of infringing a different patent, broadly directed to “capturing error data generated by a router”. There, the accused product is the Zyxel SecuReporter platform.
