AlmondNet and Its Subs Busy Throughout the Spring
In May 2025, AlmondNet, Inc. and/or its two subsidiaries Datonics, LLC and Intent IQ, LLC sued ByteDance (TikTok) (1:25-cv-00611), Capital V (Lockr, Viant Technology) (1:25-cv-00566), and Zeta Global Holdings (1:25-cv-00579) in the District of Delaware as well as MNTN (7:25-cv-00246) in the Western District of Texas. Those filings followed a busy April, in which new defendants Adobe (7:25-cv-00180), Mediaocean (Flashtalking, Innovid) (1:25-cv-00406), and Snap (7:25-cv-00181) were added to this targeted advertising campaign and in which AlmondNet filed yet another case against Amazon (7:25-cv-00165), Mediaocean in Delaware where District Judge Maryellen Noreika presides, the others in West Texas before either District Judge Alan D. Albright or David Counts.
