Netskope (5:25-cv-04833) has filed a Northern District of California complaint seeking a declaratory judgment of noninfringement of a single patent held by K.Mizra LLC. K.Mizra has asserted the patent in previous, affirmative cases filed separately against Alphabet (Google), Cisco, Cloud Software Group (Citrix Systems), Forescout Technologies, Fortinet, HP Enterprise (HPE), and SonicWall. The suits against Citrix and Google, filed earlier this year in the Southern District of Florida and Western District of Texas, respectively, remain open in early stages. Netskope pleads that K.Mizra sent it a March 25, 2025 letter “threatening it with patent infringement”.
