The 2025 wave of Authentixx LLC cases began as a trickle, a June 20, 2025 notice of settlement signaling an impending end to a Eastern District of Texas suit that it filed against Numerica Credit Union in March 2025. The trickle has become a wave, though, with new cases filed separately against 121 Media (2:25-cv-00647), Beatstars (7:25-cv-00281), Data.World (7:25-cv-00282), Graham Holdings (Graham Media Group) (7:25-cv-00283), Hart Energy Publishing (4:25-cv-02866), Hartman Newspapers (4:25-cv-02867), Houston Association of Realtors (4:25-cv-02868), iTexasPolitics (7:25-cv-00284), Kirkus Media (7:25-cv-00287), Lee Enterprises (7:25-cv-00288), Medianova (4:25-cv-02869), Oorwin Labs (4:25-cv-00639), Pickleball OpCo (3:25-cv-01599), ProjectManager.com (7:25-cv-00289), Sage Capital Bank Account (7:25-cv-00290), Southern Newspapers (4:25-cv-02879), Territorium (7:25-cv-00291), and Uvation (2:25-cv-00648).
