Voxer Reopens Media Streaming Campaign

Voxer, Inc. and its subsidiary Voxer IP LLC have together sued Alphabet (Google, YouTube) (1:25-cv-00873) and Amazon (Amazon Web Services, Twitch Interactive) (1:25-cv-00872) in separate District of Delaware complaints. The same five patents, broadly directed to video communications over a network, are asserted against both defendants. Voxer targets the respective provision of “systems, devices, and servers used for streaming video services, such as its YouTube Live video service” and “systems, devices, and servers used for streaming video services” including the Twitch.tv platform.
