More Tran Patents Make Their Way into Litigation
Arbor Systems LLC has launched three litigation campaigns so far in July. In a first, it has accused Aerial Technologies (2:25-cv-00734), BT Group (British Telecommunications) (2:25-cv-00675), Cognitive Systems (2:25-cv-00735), Murata Manufacturing (Murata Electronics North America) (2:25-cv-00737), and Socionext (2:25-cv-00738) of infringing a single wireless monitoring patent through the provision of systems alleged to use Wi-Fi doppler radar technology. In a second, it has taken aim (with a different patent) at the provision of certain robots by KEENON Robotics (2:25-cv-00678), Robotemi (2:25-cv-00680), and UBT Technology (2:25-cv-00679). In a third, Arbor Systems has accused Ashley Global Retail (2:25-cv-00677) and Ethan Allen (2:25-cv-00676) of infringing still more patents through the use of augmented reality tools in their mobile apps allowing users to visualize furniture pieces in a room.
