DigiMedia Files Suit Against Resideo Technologies

After suing Airbnb, Costar Realty Information, and Shutterfly in June, DigiMedia Tech, LLC, an IPInvestments Group LLC (d/b/a IPinvestments Group) plaintiff, has filed an Eastern District of Texas complaint against Resideo Technologies (2:25-cv-00731). Asserted are two former Intellectual Ventures LLC (IV) patents, with DigiMedia accusing Resideo of infringement through the provision of the C2 WiFi Security Camera. The number of defendants sued in this campaign, begun back in May 2020, is now approaching 50.
