Apparently Funded Plaintiff Targets Virtual Call Center Services

Vusura Technology LLC has filed suit against Cisco (2:25-cv-00871) in the Eastern District of Texas. Targeted is the provision of the Webex Contact Center system, with features such as contact routing, courtesy callbacks, and post interaction surveys at issue. Three patents broadly directed to managing communication sessions (e.g., calls) are in suit, with one appearing in litigation filed well over a decade ago.
