Its Open Delaware Dockets Still Quiet, MISSED CALL Keeps Filing Elsewhere

So far in September, MISSED CALL, LLC has filed three cases, one against each of Aircall.io (1:25-cv-07794) and CloudTalk.io (1:25-cv-07776) in the Southern District of New York and one in the Western District of Texas against Dialpad (7:25-cv-00412). The plaintiff targets, with a single patent, communication platforms that notify users of missed calls. Separate June 2022 cases in this campaign, filed against Freshworks, Talkdesk, and Twilio, remain open in the District of Delaware, where Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly retains jurisdiction to explore MISSED CALL’s compliance with April 2022 standing orders concerning corporate ownership and certain litigation funding.
