More Consumer Pallet Displays Tagged for Patent Infringement
Timely Inventions, LLC continues to sue defendants over how products are displayed on pallets, particularly in Costco stores. In its newest complaints, the NPE asserts a single packaging assembly patent against Bot Home Automation (Ring) (2:18-cv-02340), Samsung (2:18-cv-02227), and Winplus (5:18-cv-00606). Earlier cases in the campaign, against Berkley Industries, Grace Digital, Reckitt Benckiser, and Wynit Distribution, have been voluntarily dismissed before an answer or other response to each complaint had been filed.
