Inventor-Controlled Plaintiff Targets Google’s Advertisement Platforms
New Patent Litigation
Following a quick dismissal of its late-January suit against Alphabet (Google) in the Western District of Texas, inventor-controlled BrodTi Inc. (f/k/a BrodTi LLC) has now refiled suit against Google (1:24-cv-00173), this time in the District of Delaware. The plaintiff asserts a single patent broadly directed to an advertisement management system, with Google accused of infringement through the provision of the Google Ads and Google AdSense platforms as deployed across Google’s various websites and platforms (e.g., Google Search and YouTube). At issue are features related to creating, financing, and deploying online advertisements.
