Supronics LLC has filed a Western District of Texas complaint against Home Depot (7:24-cv-00331) over three LED lighting patents that it received, in a group of six, from Sinotechnix LLC in September 2024. This past July, Sinotechnix filed suit against Samsung in the Eastern District of Texas over six patents from among 18 that it has received from Seoul Semiconductor (or a subsidiary), between May and July of this year.
