New Patent Litigation
Alarm.com (6:22-cv-01165) is the latest defendant to be sued in the litigation campaign that inventor-controlled Richman Technology Corporation launched in August 2019 with a suit against Skylink Technologies. Alarm.com is accused of infringement through the provision of its Smart Home Solutions platform, with certain notification alert tools at issue.
