My Health Revives Remote Patient Monitoring Campaign
My Health, Inc. has revived its remote healthcare monitoring campaign with three new suits against ALR Technologies (2:16-cv-00535), InTouch Technologies (2:16-cv-00536), and DeVilbiss Healthcare (2:16-cv-00544). The new complaints assert a single patent (6,612,985) generally related to remotely monitoring a patient’s condition and using data to update the patient’s treatment plan. This lawsuit is the first filed by My Health since June 2014 in a campaign waged in conjunction with the University of Rochester that has targeted over 30 companies offering products and services related to healthcare and fitness tracking, including AliphCom (Bodymedia), Honeywell, Koninklijke Philips (Philips Electronics, Philips Medical Systems), and Robert Bosch.
