Pro Se Named Inventor Sues Intel
New Patent Litigation
Proceeding pro se, individual inventor Xiaohua Huang has filed suit against Intel (6:21-cv-01213) in the Western District of Texas, accusing the defendant of infringing a single patent generally related to content addressable memory. Infringement allegations focus on the incorporation of Intel Optane-series memory products in certain nonvolatile memory (NVM) chips and solid-state drive (SSD) products.

Named Inventor Continues to Litigate His Patents Pro Se

Named inventor Xiaohua Huang continues to file litigation pro se, most recently suing Wells Fargo (3:19-cv-01857) over the provision of networking routers, switches, and data center switches to build a network among its branches and ATM platform. The accused devices were allegedly provided by Cisco, Dell, D-Link, Ericsson, HPE, Huawei, IBM, Juniper Networks, NETGEAR, and ZTE, with Huang’s complaint listing specific accused devices for each of those companies. Huang began this campaign by suing Huawei in the Eastern District of Texas, which has received a motion to sanction the plaintiff for vexatious litigation practices in the wake of multiple appeals and cases, some of them refiled over the exact same patents and issues ended in the prior litigation. The patents are generally related to content addressable memory.
