TurboCode Brings a Second Wave of Suits in Wireless Networking Campaign
New Patent Litigation
TurboCode LLC has filed a second round of suits in its campaign over two former ICOMM Technologies, Inc. patents generally related to processing “baseband digital signals”. The new defendants are D-Link (1:22-cv-01160), HTC (1:22-cv-01161), TCL (1:22-cv-01163), and ZyXEL (1:22-cv-01162), each sued in the Western District of Texas.
