Integrated Silicon Solution Settles with Acacia’s DRAM Memory Sub
March 30, 2012 – Acacia Research announced that its subsidiary, DRAM Memory Technologies, has entered into a settlement agreement with Integrated Silicon Solution. In March 2011, DRAM Memory Technologies filed suit against seven companies, including Hynix and Integrated Silicon Solution, alleging that the defendants’ DRAM chips infringe five patents related to double data rate SDRAM devices.

DRAM Memory Technologies LLC v. Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc et al
DRAM Memory Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology, Etron Technology, and Integrated Silicon Solution over two patents related to memory and storage, 3/1, 8:2011cv00332. DMT is an Acacia subsidiary. This is the second suit filed by DMT. The two patents-in-suit were originally assigned to Renasas.
