Touch-Sensing Patents with Gaming Origins Asserted Against Apple
Anascape, Ltd. has revived litigation over its portfolio of patents, asserting four of them in a new lawsuit against Apple (9:17-cv-00173). Anascape’s last case, filed in July 2006 against Microsoft and Nintendo, ended in a Federal Circuit reversal of a jury verdict in the NPE’s favor.
