Acacia Subsidiary Settles with AOL
August 22, 2012 – Acacia Research announced that its subsidiary, Content Delivery Solutions, entered into a settlement and license agreement with AOL. In March 2011, Content Delivery Solutions filed suit against over 10 companies, including AOL, Google, RIM, Verizon, and Yahoo, alleging that the defendants’ demographic marketing systems infringe three patents.
