Ogma files suit against Activision Blizzard, Nintendo, Sony
Ogma filed suit against Activision Blizzard, Nintendo, Sony and 15 others over a patent related to motion gaming, 2/3, #6150947, 2:11cv75. The patent relates to a motion sensing device that issues sounds in response to movement. The patent was issued to individual inventor, James Shima. Ogma LLC is registered in Texas and is represented by the Spangler law firm. This is the first suit filed by plaintiff Ogma.
