Individual Inventor Files Pro Se Lawsuit Against Huawei
Individual inventor Xiaohua Huang filed his first and only lawsuit (2:15-cv-01413) this week, asserting three patents concerning content addressable memory (RE45,259, 6,744,653, 6,999,331) against Huawei. Huang is the sole named inventor on the patents-in-suit and pleads current ownership of all three as well. Huang represents himself in the lawsuit, also naming as coplaintiff CMOS Micro Device, Inc. (CMD), a company that he incorporated in California in 2000. Huang is CMD’s president and states in the complaint that he personally owns CMD. It is unclear what legal connection, if any, CMD has to the case.
