Syslore Starts Error Correction Campaign in Delaware and Ohio
New Patent Litigation
Inventor-backed plaintiff Syslore Oy has kicked off its first litigation campaign, suing Grammarly (1:20-cv-01142) in the District of Delaware and IBM (1:20-cv-01904) and Microsoft (1:20-cv-01903) in the Northern District of Ohio over a single patent generally related to running an “error correction process” while processing “service requests in an information system”. Targeted are error correction features within Grammarly Grammar Check, the IBM Watson Assistant, and Bing Spell Check.
