Inventor-controlled Light Speed Microelectronics, LLC has filed its first litigation, suing NXP Semiconductors (6:21-cv-00066) in the Western District of Texas over the provision of certain QorIQ-series processors that employ a Pattern Matching Engine (PME). The plaintiff asserts a single patent generally related to “string signature scanning”.
