1. An in-cell touch panel, comprising:

  • a touch detection chip;

    an upper substrate and a lower substrate provided opposite to each other;

    a plurality of self-capacitance electrodes disposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate and provided in a same layer and insulated from each other;

    a black matrix layer disposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate; and

    a color filter layer disposed on the black matrix layer,wherein a planarization layer is further disposed between the black matrix layer and the color filter layer, the planarization layer is provided with a trapezoidal through hole at least in an area corresponding to a pattern of each self-capacitance electrode, the pattern of each self-capacitance electrode is at least filled into the trapezoidal through hole, and each self-capacitance electrode is in direct contact with the black matrix layer via a base of the trapezoidal through hole, with the base of the trapezoidal through hole being in direct contact with the black matrix layer.
