1. A radio frequency identification wristband comprising:
- a band;
a wristband housing attached to or integral with said band; and
two or more radio frequency identification battery-assisted-passive (BAP) tag inlays, wherein each radio frequency identification BAP tag inlay comprises a radio frequency identification tag integrated circuit and an antenna;
wherein said wristband housing is adhered to at least one of the two or more radio frequency identification BAP tag inlays,wherein at least one of the two or more radio frequency identification BAP tag inlays is adhered to a foam having a low dielectric constant, a dimpled surface, and a water absorption of less than or equal to 0.04 lbs/cut surface,wherein said foam insulates the at least one radio frequency identification BAP tag inlay from the skin of a patient, andwherein each of the two or more radio frequency identification BAP tag inlays is configured to communicate an identifier.
