1. A system for receiving transmissions from disparate nodes and triggering automatic portion action, the system comprising:

  • a non-transitory computer-readable memory device with computer-readable program code stored thereon; and

    one or more processing devices operatively coupled to the memory device, wherein the one or more processing devices are configured to execute the computer-readable program code to;

    provide a responder application to one or more users associated with a first user for installation on remote computing devices of the one or more users;

    monitor, continuously, a computing device associated with the first user, an indication of a status change for a status of the first user, wherein monitoring further comprises;

    initiate a communication signal to be transmitted to the computing device associated with the first user, wherein the communication signal is configured to cause the computing device to trigger an image capturing device and a microphone embedded in the computing device associated with the user; and

    receive electronic signals from the computing device associated with the first user, wherein the electronic signals comprises at least a video signal and an audio signal captured via the image capturing device and the microphone;

    identify, from the computing device associated with the first user, the indication of the status change for the first user based on at least monitoring the computing device associated with the first user;

    in response to identifying the indication of the status change for the first user, identify a responsive action associated with the status change of the first user;

    in response to determining the responsive action, transmit a responsive action alert over a wireless communication channel to a mobile computing device of a second user of the one or more users, wherein the responsive action alert activates the responder application stored on the mobile computing device of the second user to cause the mobile computing device of the second user to display a notification of the status change for the first user and the responsive action associated with the status change of the first user in real time;

    receive an indication that the user has implemented the responsive action associated with the status change of the first user;

    determine one or more recommended future actions based on at least the status change, and the responsive action;

    transmit control signals configured to cause the computing device of the first user to display the one or more recommended future actions to the first user to be implemented, wherein implementing the one or more recommended future actions reduces a likelihood of the status change of the user from occurring again; and

    receive an indication that the user has implemented the one or more recommended future actions.
