1. A display device comprising:

  • a display portion in which pixels are provided at a resolution of greater than or equal to 80 ppi, wherein a light-emitting module capable of emitting light with a spectral line half-width of less than or equal to 60 nm is in each pixel of the pixels; and

a circuit configured to generate a signal that corrects a response time of light emission of the light-emitting module and to output the signal to the display portion, so that luminance of light emission of the light-emitting module is raised with a gradient of greater than 0 in response to the signal in a response time of longer than or equal to 1 μ

s and shorter than 1 ms,wherein a light-emitting module of a first pixel of the pixels is capable of emitting light of a first color with a first spectral line half-width of less than or equal to 60 nm, and a light-emitting module of a second pixel of the pixels is capable of emitting light of a second color with a second spectral line half-width of less than or equal to 60 nm, the first spectral line half-width being different from the second spectral line half-width,wherein the display device has an NTSC ratio of higher than or equal to 80% and a contrast ratio of higher than or equal to 500, andwherein the signal has a voltage waveform in which the voltage is raised in a stepwise manner.
