Abstract
Tweezers, in particular for handling histological preparations, preferably thin tissue specimens, with two limbs connected elastically at one end, and with tips formed at the other, free end of the limbs and together forming an engagement area, wherein a central area serves for holding and actuating the limbs in order to bring the tips into contact with each other, are characterized in that the tips and/or the connection area of the limbs are designed as a housing with a storage medium for storing energy, and in that the storage medium directly or indirectly heats the engagement area or the tips to a predefined temperature.
