1. A method of enhancing reliability of healthcare compliant messaging services, the method comprising:
- receiving input data corresponding to a study associated with a new drug and/or drug application from a pharmaceutical provider;
encrypting at least a portion of the input data;
generating, under control of one or more computer systems, a message schedule that is based on the input data and that includes message content, recipient identification data and temporal data corresponding to a plurality of messages;
sending one of the plurality of messages to a corresponding recipient, using a message transmitter, wherein the message transmitter is configured to reduce risks associated with integration complexity, and provide redundant communications network paths to transmit the one of the plurality of messages;
confirming a delivery of the one of the plurality of messages sent to the corresponding recipient;
receiving a response from the corresponding recipient to the one of the plurality of messages, wherein the response is sent by a mobile terminal without input via a direct human communication interface;
validating the one of the plurality of messages, wherein validating comprises comparing the one of the plurality of messages to a plurality of valid messages;
generating an audit trail that is configured to create a historical record corresponding to each of the plurality of messages; and
generating a unique identifier corresponding to the one of the plurality of messages.
