1. A transmitting end device comprising:

  • a processor configured to;

    attach a first type error checking code to a first type signal block to produce a sequence,segment the sequence into one or more second type signal blocks when a length of the sequence is longer than a maximum code block size, wherein a number of blocks in the one or more second type signal blocks is determined based on a result of subtracting a length of a second type error checking code from the maximum code block size,attach the second type error checking code to each of the one or more second type signal blocks when the length of the sequence is longer than the maximum code block size, andprepare a transmission signal based on each of the one or more second type signal blocks; and

    a transmitter configured to transmit the transmission signal to a receiving end device,wherein the first and second type error checking codes are first and second CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) codes, respectively,wherein a first CRC generation polynomial for generating one of the first and second CRC codes is;

    g(x)=x24+x23+x6+x5+x+1, andwherein a second CRC generation polynomial for generating the other one of the first and second CRC codes has the same order as the first CRC generation polynomial, but has different terms from those of the first CRC generation polynomial.
