13. A method of imparting matte color to a human integument comprising applying to the human integument a film of a matte lipstick comprising:

(a) from about 10% to about 30% by weight ethylhexyl palmitate and between about 1% and about 20% by weight isopropyl isostearate, wherein the ratio of ethylhexyl palmitate to isopropyl isostearate is from about 1.72;
