1. A computer-implemented method for providing a user of a mobile device access to patient information and patient physiological data, the method being executed using one or more processors and comprising:
- receiving, by the one or more processors, user input, the user input indicating a user command to display a vitals screen for a particular patient;
determining, by the one or more processors, that the user command comprises a first request for a first patient data recorded by a first medical device and stored within a first patient record module of a first facility system and a second request for a second patient data recorded by a second medical device and stored within a second patient record module of a second facility system, the first patient data and the second patient data corresponding to the particular patient;
processing, by a data management system, the first request for the first patient data and the second request for the second patient data to enable retrieval of the first patient data and the second patient data from the first facility system and the second facility system, respectively by using a user-facility index that maps an identifier associated with the user to the first facility system and the second facility system that the user is associated with as a healthcare provider, the data management system being configured to operate in a pass-through mode and a reposed mode to improve performance of retrieval of the first patient data and the second patient data;
transmitting, by the data management system, the first request to a first host module of the first facility system, and the second request to a second host module of the second facility system, the first host module and the second host module respectively orchestrating processing of the first request and the second request received from the data management system;
receiving, by the data management system, the first patient data from the first host module of the first facility system and the second patient data from the second host module of the second facility system, the first patient data having been at least partially translated in response to the first request and by a first vocabulary service module located at the first facility system to a native language of the mobile device, to which the first patient data is to be transferred and the second patient data having been at least partially translated in response to the second request and by a second vocabulary service module located at the second facility system to the native language of the mobile device, the second patient data comprising a format and a syntax different than the first patient data;
processing, by the one or more processors, the first patient data and the second patient data, the first patient data and the second patient data being provided in an integrated and unified manner corresponding to the native language of the mobile device, to provide one or more trend graphs and one or more vitals data sets; and
displaying the vitals screen on the mobile device the vitals screen comprising a first display region and a second display region, the first display region displaying the one or more trend graphs, and the second display region displaying the one or more vitals data sets, each vitals data set being configured to be collectively scrolled with a corresponding trend graph displayed in the first display region, such that the one or more vitals data sets are synchronized with underlying points of the one or more trend graphs and each vitals data set comprises a first set of markers matching a second set of markers included in the corresponding trend graph that indicates a relationship between each vitals data set and the corresponding trend graph.

receiving, by the one or more processors, user input, the user input indicating a user command to display a vitals screen for a particular patient; determining, by the one or more processors, that the user command comprises a first request for a first patient data recorded by a first medical device and stored within a first patient record module of a first facility system and a second request for a second patient data recorded by a second medical device and stored within a second patient record module of a second facility system, the first patient data and the second patient data corresponding to the particular patient; processing, by a data management system, the first request for the first patient data and the second request for the second patient data to enable retrieval of the first patient data and the second patient data from the first facility system and the second facility system, respectively by using a user-facility index that maps an identifier associated with the user to the first facility system and the second facility system that the user is associated with as a healthcare provider, the data management system being configured to operate in a pass-through mode and a reposed mode to improve performance of retrieval of the first patient data and the second patient data; transmitting, by the data management system, the first request to a first host module of the first facility system, and the second request to a second host module of the second facility system, the first host module and the second host module respectively orchestrating processing of the first request and the second request received from the data management system; receiving, by the data management system, the first patient data from the first host module of the first facility system and the second patient data from the second host module of the second facility system, the first patient data having been at least partially translated in response to the first request and by a first vocabulary service module located at the first facility system to a native language of the mobile device, to which the first patient data is to be transferred and the second patient data having been at least partially translated in response to the second request and by a second vocabulary service module located at the second facility system to the native language of the mobile device, the second patient data comprising a format and a syntax different than the first patient data; processing, by the one or more processors, the first patient data and the second patient data, the first patient data and the second patient data being provided in an integrated and unified manner corresponding to the native language of the mobile device, to provide one or more trend graphs and one or more vitals data sets; and displaying the vitals screen on the mobile device the vitals screen comprising a first display region and a second display region, the first display region displaying the one or more trend graphs, and the second display region displaying the one or more vitals data sets, each vitals data set being configured to be collectively scrolled with a corresponding trend graph displayed in the first display region, such that the one or more vitals data sets are synchronized with underlying points of the one or more trend graphs and each vitals data set comprises a first set of markers matching a second set of markers included in the corresponding trend graph that indicates a relationship between each vitals data set and the corresponding trend graph.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving, at the mobile device, the first patient data, the second patient data, and trend data in response to the user input.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the trend data is generated based on the first patient data and the second patient data.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first patient data and the second patient data comprises patient physiological data recorded from the particular patient.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more trend graphs comprise a vitals trend graph that provides trend visualizations for all of the first patient data and the second patient data.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more trend graphs comprise a vitals trend graph that provides trend visualizations for a sub-set of at least one of the first patient data and the second patient data.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein each vital data set is displayed as a table, the table comprising discrete vitals data values.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the discrete vital data values are tabulated based on respective times and dates, at which the respective discrete vitals data value was recorded.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more trend graphs are displayed based on a user-selectable interval.

10. The method of claim 9, further comprising receiving user input indicating a selection of an interval and, in response, displaying the trend graphs based on the interval.

11. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving user input indicating a command to scroll a trend graph of the one or more trend graphs and, in response, scrolling the trend graph within the first display region, and scrolling a vitals data set corresponding to the trend graph.

12. The method of claim 11, further comprising, in response to the user input, scrolling all trend graphs of the one or more trend graphs.

13. The method of claim 1, wherein the first patient data and the second patient data comprises patient vitals data.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage device coupled to one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations for providing a user of a mobile device access to patient information and patient physiological data, the operations comprising:

receiving user input, the user input indicating a user command to display a vitals screen for a particular patient; determining that the user command comprises a first request for a first patient data recorded by a first medical device and stored within a first patient record module of a first facility system and a second request for a second patient data recorded by a second medical device and stored within a second patient record module of a second facility system, the first patient data and the second patient data corresponding to the particular patient; processing, by a data management system, the first request for the first patient data and the second request for the second patient data to enable retrieval of the first patient data and the second patient data from the first facility system and the second facility system, respectively by using a user-facility index that maps an identifier associated with the user to the first facility system and the second facility system that the user is associated with as a healthcare provider, the data management system being configured to operate in a pass-through mode and a reposed mode to improve performance of retrieval of the first patient data and the second patient data; transmitting, by the data management system, the first request to a first host module of the first facility system, and the second request to a second host module of the second facility system, the first host module and the second host module respectively orchestrating processing of the first request and the second request received from the data management system; receiving, by the data management system, the first patient data from the first host module of the first facility system and the second patient data from the second host module of the second facility system, the first patient data having been at least partially translated in response to the first request and by a first vocabulary service module located at the first facility system to a native language of the mobile device, to which the first patient data is to be transferred and the second patient data having been at least partially translated in response to the second request and by a second vocabulary service module located at the second facility system to the native language of the mobile device, the second patient data comprising a format and a syntax different than the first patient data; processing the first patient data and the second patient data, the first patient data and the second patient data being provided in an integrated and unified manner corresponding to the native language of the mobile device, to provide one or more trend graphs and one or more vitals data sets; and displaying the vitals screen on the mobile device the vitals screen comprising a first display region and a second display region, the first display region displaying the one or more trend graphs, and the second display region displaying the one or more vitals data sets, each vitals data set being configured to be collectively scrolled with a corresponding trend graph displayed in the first display region, such that the one or more vitals data sets are synchronized with underlying points of the one or more trend graphs and each vitals data set comprises a first set of markers matching a second set of markers included in the corresponding trend graph that indicates a relationship between each vitals data set and the corresponding trend graph.
