Signaling-less dynamic call setup and teardown by utilizing observed session state information
First Claim
1. A system, comprising:
- a processor; and
a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising;
accessing session state information associated with first traffic flows between first user devices and a network device of a network, wherein the session state information comprises quality of experience data associated with the first traffic flows, and wherein the quality of experience data comprises user satisfaction data that has been input by a first user device of the first user devices; and
based on the session state information, determining policy data indicative of a network policy associated with a second traffic flow between a second user device and the network device, wherein the policy data specifies that respective notifications of messages available to the second user device are to be aggregated to generate aggregated notification data that is to be directed to the second user device based on a condition of the network.

Abstract
Signaling-less call setup and teardown by employing observed Quality of Experience (QoE) and resource demands. A system provides an environment for supersonic treatment of observed QoE and Quality of Service (QoS) demands for mobile applications. Specifically, a monitoring component is employed to determine session state information associated with a traffic flow, which includes observed QoE and resource demand data. The session state information is stored in a shared memory location and can be analyzed to modify and/or create a network policy for the traffic flow. The network policy is applied to one or more traffic flows to minimize signaling exchanges between a communication network and a mobile station.

11. A method, comprising:
-
accessing, by a system comprising a processor, session state information associated with first traffic flows between first user equipment and a network device of a network, wherein the session state information comprises quality of experience data that quantifies user satisfaction associated with one of the first traffic flows; and based on the session state information, determining, by the system, policy data indicative of a network policy associated with a second traffic flow between a second user equipment and the network device, wherein the policy data specifies that respective notifications of messages available to the second user equipment are to be aggregated to generate aggregated notification data that is to be provided to the second user equipment based on a condition determined to be applicable to the network. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16)

17. A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
-
determining session state information associated with first traffic flows between first user equipment and a network device of a network, wherein the session state information comprises quality of experience data indicative of a metric for representing user satisfaction associated with a first flow of the first traffic flows; and based on the session state information, determining policy data that represents a network policy associated with a second traffic flow between a second user equipment and the network device, wherein the policy data specifies that respective notifications of messages available to the second user equipment are to be aggregated to generate aggregated notification data that is to be provided to the second user equipment in response to determining that condition data indicative of a condition of the network is determined to satisfy a defined network condition criterion. - View Dependent Claims (18, 19, 20)
