1. A method of a user equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system using orthogonal subcarriers, the method comprising:
- generating, by the UE, Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM)-based symbols, wherein each OFDM-based symbol includes a cyclic prefix (CP) and a data part;
transmitting, by the UE, a first subframe including N OFDM-based symbols, wherein N is an integer; and
transmitting, by the UE, a second subframe including N OFDM-based symbols, following the first subframe,wherein, when the first subframe and the second subframe are overlapped based on a timing adjustment command received from a base station, the first subframe is transmitted completely while the second subframe is transmitted partially without an overlapped part of the second subframe, andwherein the overlapped part of the second subframe includes at least a part of a CP of a starting OFDM-based symbol of the second subframe.

Abstract
A method of a user equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system is provided. The UE transmits a first subframe. The UE transmits a second subframe following the first subframe consecutively. When the first subframe and the second subframe are overlapped, the first subframe is transmitted completely while the second subframe is transmitted partially.
