1. A communication control method used in a mobile communication system in which in order to suppress an interference from a first cell to a second cell, a use-restricted subframe is set in the first cell, the method comprising:
- transmitting, by a second base station that manages the second cell, to a first base station that manages the first cell, coordinated transmission information for requesting to perform a coordinated transmission from the first cell and the second cell to a user terminal connected to the second cell, the coordinated transmission information including data scheduled to be transmitted from the second cell to the user terminal through the coordinated transmission; and
performing, in the use-restricted subframe, the coordinated transmission of the data, from the first cell and the second cell to a user terminal connected to the second cell.

Abstract
A communication control method used in a mobile communication system in which in order to suppress an interference from a first cell to a second cell, a use-restricted subframe is set in the first cell comprises a coordinated transmission step of performing, in the use-restricted subframe, a coordinated transmission from the first cell and the second cell to a user terminal connected to the second cell.

8. A first base station that manages at least a first cell in a mobile communication system in which in order to suppress an interference from the first cell to a second cell, a use-restricted subframe is set in the first cell, the base station comprising:
a controller configured to; receive from a second base station that manages the second cell, coordinated transmission information for requesting to perform a coordinated transmission from the first cell and the second cell to a user terminal connected to the second cell, the coordinated transmission information including data scheduled to be transmitted from the second cell to the user terminal through the coordinated transmission; and control the first cell so as to perform, in the use-restricted subframe, the coordinated transmission of the data, to the user terminal.
