Patent Images
1. A method for providing adjustment of the alignment of an image displayed by a display assembly in a head mounted comprising:
- a light source providing light;
a reflective image source;
a partially reflective layer that redirects light from the light source to uniformly illuminate the reflective image source plus an adjacent space;
reflecting the light off of the reflective image source to provide image light to display optics;
manipulating the image light in display optics to provide an image to a user; and
adjusting the alignment of the image provided to the user by moving the reflective image source within the adjacent spacewherein a mask is provided to substantially cover the adjacent space.
