1. A method of freshening the air or a surface, the method comprising the steps of:
- providing a freshening composition, the freshening composition comprising a plurality of particles and a structurant system, wherein the structurant system comprises a first polysaccharide and a second polysaccharide, wherein the first polysaccharide and the second polysaccharide are selected from the group consisting of;
xanthan gum, glucomannan, galactomannan, and combinations thereof, and wherein the total polysaccharide level of the composition is less than 0.1 wt. %, by weight of the composition; and
spraying the freshening composition in the form of a plurality of spray droplets, wherein the plurality of spray droplets have;
a normalized D(90) value of less than 2.5, when sprayed from a TS800 sprayer according to the SPRAY DROPLET SIZE TEST METHOD described herein,a residue value of less than about 8 at 5 sprays, according to the RESIDUE VALUE TEST METHOD described herein, anda phase stability grade of 1 or 2, according to the PHASE STABILITY GRADE AT 25°
C. TEST METHOD described herein.
