1. A device, comprising:

  • a wireless interface configured to transmit data on a radio interface of a cellular network,at least one processor configured to allocate first reoccurring uplink time-frequency resources on the radio interface shared between communication devices connected to a first cell and assigned to a first set, the communication devices assigned to the first set being co-scheduled to the first reoccurring uplink time-frequency resources which correspond to multiple time-offset first transmission opportunities,wherein the at least one processor is further configured to allocate second reoccurring uplink time-frequency resources on the radio interface shared between communication devices connected to the first cell and assigned to a second set, the communication devices assigned to the second set being co-scheduled to the second reoccurring uplink time-frequency resources which correspond to multiple time-offset second transmission opportunities,wherein the at least one processor is configured to send, via the wireless interface, at least one control message, said at least one control message indicating the first reoccurring uplink time-frequency resources and the second reoccurring uplink time-frequency resources, wherein each of the first set and the second set includes two or more communication devices.
