Providing identification information to mobile commerce applications
First Claim
1. A method comprising:
- storing, by a facilitation server system, a first identification information for a consumer at a first data source and, a second identification information for the consumer at a second data source, wherein the second identification information comprises a credit file and a credit card number for the consumer;
linking, by the facilitation server system, the first identification information in the first data source and the second identification information in the second data source via a referential keying system;
establishing, by the facilitation server system, a first network connection with an electronic commerce computing system;
receiving, by the facilitation server system and via the first network connection to the electronic commerce computing system, a communication from the electronic commerce computing system;
obtaining, by the facilitation server system, a network identifier from the communication, wherein the network identifier is associated with a mobile device;
establishing, by the facilitation server system, a second network connection to a telecommunication computing system, wherein establishing the second network connection comprises authenticating the facilitation server system to the telecommunication computing system;
providing, by the facilitation server system, the network identifier to the telecommunication computing system via the second network connection;
obtaining, by the facilitation server system and from the telecommunication computing system, a credential associated with the mobile device;
matching, by the facilitation server system, the credential obtained from the telecommunication computing system to the first identification information in the first data source;
retrieving, by the facilitation server system, the second identification information that is linked to the first identification information;
determining, by the facilitation server system, that the credit card number is required for completing a transaction;
selecting, by the facilitation server system, the credit card number from the second identification information; and
transmitting, from the facilitation server system to the electronic commerce computing system, an electronic communication including the credit card number selected from the second identification information.

Abstract
Aspects and examples are disclosed for facilitating mobile commerce. In one example, a processing device receives a data network identifier or other identifier from a commerce application. The data network identifier or other identifier can be associated with a mobile device conducting a transaction with the commerce application. The processing device can also obtain a credential associated with the mobile device using the data network identifier. The processing device can additionally retrieve identification information from a credit file associated with the credential. The identification information can be useable for completing the transaction. The processing device can further transmit the identification information to a computing device executing the commerce application.
