1. A system for interacting with a social media networking system, the system comprising:
- one or more processors; and
a memory coupled to the one or more processors, the memory storing data comprising a database and program code that, when executed by the one or more processors, causes the system to;
receive information related to occurrence of an event impacting travel;
in response to receiving the information related to the occurrence of the event, trigger a request to the social media networking system to return one or more first posts related to the event;
correlate social media users who generated the one or more first posts with customer profiles associated with passengers and stored by a travel data source;
rank the one or more first posts based on the correlated customer profiles; and
cause an answer to one of the one or more first posts to be automatically published on the social media networking system based on the correlation and the ranking.

program code stored on the non-transitory computer readable storage medium that, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to;receive information related to occurrence of an event impacting travel; in response to receiving the information related to the occurrence of the event, trigger a request to the social media networking system to return one or more first posts related to the event; correlate social media users who generated the one or more first posts with customer profiles associated with passengers and stored by a travel data source; and rank the one or more first posts based on the correlated customer profiles; and cause an answer to one of the one or more first posts to be automatically published on the social media networking system based on the correlation and the ranking.
