1. A display device comprising:
- a first substrate;
a first transistor over the first substrate;
a first insulating layer over the first transistor;
a first conductive film over the and in contact with the first insulating layer;
a second insulating layer over and in contact with the first conductive film;
a pixel electrode electrically connected to the first transistor through a hole provided in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer;
a liquid crystal layer over the pixel electrode and the first conductive film;
a shielding layer over the liquid crystal layer, the shielding layer overlapping with the hole provided in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer;
a color filter overlapping with the pixel electrode;
a second substrate over the shielding layer and the color filter; and
a second conductive film and a third conductive film over the second substrate,wherein the second conductive film and the third conductive film are provided on a same surface,wherein the first conductive film, the second conductive film, and the third conductive film are included in a touch sensor, andwherein the first transistor comprises an oxide semiconductor in a channel formation region.
