1. A method for promotion and sales of products and services to a user, with user selected privacy and security settings, the method comprising:

  • (a) electronically providing an integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website that provides geospatial mapping interactive displays interactive with social networking, where the geospatial interactive displays provide a multi-dimensional and scalable geospatial mapping functional tool, and where the social networking provides interactive emailing, instant messaging, texting, online auctions, social networking communities, online communications, user profiles, social plugins, social applications, entertainment shopping, bidding, advertisements, promotions, online coupons, mobile services, products, goods and services;

    (b) electronically assigning and providing, on an electronic computing system via a processor, a unique identifier to said user from a client mobile device or client computer receiving a request from said user to provide said user with said unique identifier through a client application operating on said client mobile device or client computer,(c) electronically accessing, on an electronic computing system via a processor, and using the unique identifier, on a computer processor and a graphical user interface (GUI), a website or window, displayed on the GUI on said user'"'"'s client mobile device or client computer;

    (d) electronically selecting, on said website or window, a data security and privacy configuration using user-selected privacy and security settings, said data and privacy configuration comprising filtered data sets comprising opted-out, filtered, categorized, encrypted, concealed, and blocked portions of personal data sets comprising said user'"'"'s;

    personal data, communications data, social networking data, 2D or 3D mapped location data, and browsing data, said data security and privacy configuration configured to substantial prevent electronic access to said filtered data sets by third parties;

    (e) electronically implementing on said user'"'"'s computer processor said user selected security or privacy configuration preventing said access to said filtered data sets by said third parties;

    (f) electronically accessing by said user, on said user'"'"'s computer processor implementing said user selected security or privacy configuration and using said unique identifier, said user'"'"'s electronic activity to generate said user'"'"'s personal data, communications data, social networking data, 2D or 3D mapped location data, and browsing data;

    (g) electronically collecting and analyzing, on an electronic computing system via a processor, said user'"'"'s filtered data sets, comprising said personal data sets excluding said filtered data sets, to generate initial end user data sets and first promotional data sets from said initial end user data sets, said first promotional data sets comprising first sets of customized promotions, social messaging, and offers that are configured to be provided as 2D or 3D mapping and mobile mapping interactive displays on a GUI to said user, via a mobile or wireless device;

    wherein said generating of said first promotional data sets from said initial end user data sets comprises electronically monitoring, collecting, and analyzing said user'"'"'s filtered data sets using a combination of;

    (1) location tracking, (2) social media communications tracking, (3) data tracking, (3) identification tracking, (4) data analytics tracking;

    (5) data on global brand products or services of past, present or future customers, users or target markets;

    (6) data on products, services, and said product or service providers;

    (7) data on points of interest;

    (8) data on 2D or 3D mapping data and mobile mapping data;

    (9) data on said user internet activity;

    (10) data on social networking interactions and browsing the content of a social network and images and videos, (11) interactive games, (12) data on said user likes, dislikes, and impressions;

    (13) data on said advertisers, publishers, brand merchants, global brands, and demographic groups;

    (h) electronically displaying, to said user, first sets of customized promotions, social messaging, and offers provided as 2D or 3D mapping or mobile mapping interactive displays on a GUI to said user, via a mobile or wireless device;

    wherein said customized promotions, social messaging, and offers are selected from;

    promotions, social messaging, or offers from advertisers or publishers, brand merchants or global brands or demographic groups or users or members, an advertisement, a location-based promotion, a location-based offer, a location-based discount, a daily deal ad, location-based advertising, a location-based ad, a location-based deal or offer, a mobile display ads, a mobile ad network, mobile multimedia marketing or advertising, mobile location data, mobile location-based advertising, a customer loyalty card, a discounts, a promotion, an offer, a location-based promotion, an online or mobile coupon or promotion, mobile location data, mobile location-based advertising, a promotions, social messaging, or offers associated with a location or a map or a social message in a social network or website online or mobile device, a location-based mobile coupon, a mobile grocery coupon, a mobile gas coupon, mobile payment systems, subscribe to mobile coupons or purchase mobile apps or cloud-based apps, a mobile airline coupon, a mobile ad products, a targeted mobile ad, a mobile multimedia marketing or advertising network, or a mobile coupon;

    wherein said mobile device is selected from the group consisting of a smartphone, a tablet device, a cell phone, a mobile internet device, a wireless device or application, a netbook, a notebook, a personal digital assistant, an internet phone, a holographic device, a holographic phone, a cable internet device, a satellite internet device, an internet television, a DSL internet device, or a portable internet access device or computer.
