1. A smart walking recommendation apparatus, comprising:
- an information obtaining module configured to obtain destination information and appointed arrival time information;
a positioning module configured to obtain a start position of a user;
a central processing module configured to;
calculate a distance for a selected walk from the start position to a destination based on the start position and the destination information; and
determine whether to recommend walking the selected walk based on the distance from the start position to the destination, an empirical speed, and the appointed arrival time information, wherein the empirical speed is updated based on the user'"'"'s health data associated with previous walks, and deviations in said user'"'"'s health data from normal standard range data; and
an output module configured to output a walking recommendation to the user in response to the central processing module determining to recommend walking the selected walk.
