an oxygenated solvent selected from the group consisting of;

Abstract

The fluid composition includes from about 50% to about 100%, by weight of the fluid composition, of a perfume mixture, wherein the perfume mixture has a mol-weighted average C log P of less than or equal to about 2.9; a polyol; and from about 0.25 wt. % to about 9.5 wt. %, by weight of the fluid composition, of water.
