1. A method comprising:

  • inputting borehole dip data obtained by measuring downhole one or more parameters of a borehole with a downhole logging tool;

    determining characteristics of a plurality of dips based on the borehole dip data, wherein the characteristics include dip angle along the trajectory of the borehole;

    applying one or more geological models to the characteristics, wherein applying one or more geological models comprises applying a web model utilizing threads drawn between two adjacent dips of the plurality of characterized dips and extending each of the plurality of dips using the threads; and

    generating one or more geological cross-sections in the vicinity of the borehole based on geological modeling.
